  • 11/04 - A federal appeals court rejects Trump's attempt to block access to his tax records by New York prosecutors. 
  • Writer E. Jean Carroll, who alleges that Trump sexually assaulted her, has filed a defamation suit against him.
  • 11/04 - Virginia Dems flip both houses of the state legislature.
  • 11/04 - Kentucky elects a Democratic governor.
  • 11/05 - Sondland revises testimony. He now says that there was quid pro quo with Ukraine.  
  • 11/06 - Trump's best buddy Roger Stone's trial begins.
  • 11/06 - A federal judge voided the Trump administration conscience rule declaring it unconstitutional.   
  • Several Trump properties continue to perform poorly. 
  • 11/07 - A New York judge ordered President Trump to pay $2 million in damages for misusing funds from a tax-exempt charity. He also admits wrongdoing. What's the excuse for this one?
  • 11/11 - A federal judge dismisses Trump's suit to block New York from releasing his state tax returns. 
  • 11/13 - A full federal appeals court panel allows a lower court ruling to stand that Trump's accounting firm must turn over his financial records to Congress. 
  • 11/15 - Trump buddy Roger Stone found guilty on all seven counts including obstructing a congressional investigation.  
  • 11/16 - Governor John Bel Edwards, a Democrat, wins reelection in Lousiana despite Trump's campaigning against him. First Kentucky, now Lousiana. The magic touch is gone. 
  • Trump's Ireland golf resort loses money for the fifth straight year. $1.7 million in 2018. 
  • Ambassador Gordon Sondland testifies that there was quid pro quo in dealings with Ukraine
  • 11/24 - Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer is fired/forced to resign. The reason, he believes in discipline and the rule of law. Trump doesn't. 
  • 11/25 - A federal judge rules that Don McGahn must testify before the House Judiciary Committee.
